Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission Deadline: March 5, 2025

We invite researchers, professionals, and industry experts to submit abstracts for the International Conference on Poultry Health. The conference will explore the latest advancements, challenges, and opportunities in poultry health, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and global impact.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Eligibility
    • Abstracts must align with the conference themes, including but not limited to:
      • Poultry diseases (Bacterial, viral, parasitic, fungal, etc.)
      • Advances in poultry immunology and vaccine development
      • Antimicrobial resistance in poultry
      • Emerging technologies in poultry health
      • Public health implications of poultry diseases
      • Poultry health management
      • Biosecurity and disease prevention
      • Poultry nutrition and immunity
      • Poultry nutrition and gut health
      • Emerging technologies in poultry health
      • Sustainable poultry farming practices
      • Poultry vaccination strategies
      • Diagnostic tools and techniques in poultry health
  1. Abstract Content
    • The abstract should include:
      • Title: A concise and descriptive title (max 20 words).
      • Authors and Affiliations: List all contributing authors and their affiliations.
      • Background: Brief context and significance of the research (2-3 sentences).
      • Objectives: State the primary aim of the research.
      • Methods: Summarize the methodology (if applicable).
      • Results: Highlight key findings (may include preliminary results).
      • Conclusion: Present the main takeaways and implications of the study.
      • Keywords: 4-6 keywords depicting the theme of the abstract
  1. Formatting Requirements
    • Word limit: 250-300 words (excluding title and author details).
    • Font: Arial Narrow, 12 pt.
    • Line spacing: Single.
    • Margins: 1-inch margins on all sides.
    • File format: Microsoft Word. (Copy attached)
    • The presenting author should be underlined.
  2. Submission Process
    • Abstracts must be submitted via the official conference portal (https://www.phc2025.com/abstract-submission/).
    • Each submission will receive an acknowledgment email.
  3. Review Process
    • Abstracts will undergo a peer-review process based on relevance, originality, and scientific quality.
    • Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.
  4. Presentation Format
    • Accepted submissions may be presented as oral presentations or posters.
